When can I expect my monthly box?We despatch all subscription boxes in the first week of every month via 1st Class Royal mail. So for example, if you subscribed on the 25th of July, you'd receive your box around the 2nd of August.

How do you ship your product?All boxes will be baked fresh and posted out 1st class with the Royal Mail so you should expect your box to arrive within 1-3 days of posting.

How do I cancel my subscription?Cancelling is really easy. All you have to do is email us or message us on facebook that you'd like to cancel or suspend your account and we'll do the rest.
