The Filling
Our range of Maamoul Cookies include options containing both nuts and dried fruits which are both regarded as nutritious ingredients. Our nuts maamoul cookies would contain good sources of fat, fibre and protein. Most of the fat in nuts is monounsaturated fat, as well as omega-6 and omega-3 polyunsaturated fat. However, they do contain some saturated fat. Nuts also pack many vitamins and minerals, including magnesium and vitamin E. Although we talk about healthy ingredients like most treats, it's not wholly guilt-free!
We also have our date filled Maaoul cookie which we know as all fruits contain healthy benefits for your body. While dates aren't typically in every fruit basket, they are known to provide the body with three amazing benefits which include;
Lower cholesterol - There's no cholesterol and contains virtually zero fat. Dates can be seen to help keep a check on cholesterol levels.
